I have been working in the area of Performance Coaching & Consulting with Business Owners and Professionals since 2012.

From small beginnings, North Star Solutions has steadily grown by offering the SME Sector practical and innovative services which improve productivity & profitability.

 

A Software Engineer by profession, I started out working in the Multinational Sector in 1999. Over the past 15 years, I have been self-employed in the Retail & Food Sectors. With a strong background in Leadership Development and Business Development,  I have gained a clear understanding of what it takes to create a high-performance environment in the workplace.

My sporting background and passion involved me playing with my local club Newtownshandrum in 8 County Finals, 2 Munster Senior Club Finals and 2 All-Ireland Senior Club Finals.

I believe that there are plenty of great behaviours and practices that amateur sports people are doing, that businesses can learn from, and vice versa. There’s a huge amount of learning both ways.

 

My lifetime interest in improving my own performance be it in a personal or professional capacity has led me to dedicate the last 16 years to researching, studying, modelling and teaching performance strategies to individuals, teams, and organizations.

I hold a Masters in Personal and Management Coaching MSc, Diploma in Life & Business Coaching and am a member of the International Coach Federation
